Graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Engineering from UNSW School of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering in 2007 in Sydney, Australia, Aldo Artoko started out as a young entrepreneur and founded Arkora Indonesia in late 2009. Having previously worked for Parsons Brinckerhoff, a US-based multinational engineering company & professional consulting firm with numerous infrastructure projects, our Founder has a gratifying set of professional experience and global understanding in development, construction, and engineering. The three then became Aldo Artoko’s primary key in establishing Arkora Indonesia and Arkora Hydro after accounting hydropower’s potential as renewable and inexhaustible energy that is beneficial and sustainable.

Earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Faculty of Engineering in Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), Indonesia on 1991, he embarked his career journey as an engineering consultant, to a site manager, to project manager. Having worked with various big companies on an array of projects with different scales such as Coal-Fired Power Plants, Jetty, Industrial Factories, Ferry Terminals, Urgent Flood Control, Coal Handling System, and many more, Dede has an extensive measure of professional experience and in-depth understanding of each work scope. Dede has a straightforward approach with high work ethics, making him reliable, transparent, and as is. His career objective is to develop a multi-national quality construction company in Indonesia. 

Earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Faculty of Engineering, UNDIP (Universitas Diponegoro), Semarang, Indonesia in 1983 and Master of Science in Civil Engineering from ITB, Bandung, Indonesia in 1985. With over 32 years of experience in hydropower and diesel generation in PLN, Ismu Nugroho’s expertise has been recognized by many. In PT Arkora Indonesia, he is part of the Management Committee who provides control, both technically and operationally and helps us deliver better service to all our clients. He sees potential in hydropower as a renewable energy and his career adjective is to continually support renewable energy for its sustainability, both economically and environmentally. He believes hydropower will be the next predominant source for future living.

Graha Zen earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering in 2006 from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), Indonesia and post graduated in 2009 in Water Resource Engineering. His first career was during his postgraduate period as Project Manager at PT LAPI ITB. He then joined PT Granif Konsultan and PT Arkora Hydro as Director shortly after his studies and is currently employed as GM Engineering of PT Arkora Indonesia, active since 2011. As a GM Engineer, Graha Zen is assigned to manage and oversee each work’s technical aspect to ensure every project is well-defined, secure, and at best value.
